StarSat® Extra Eyes provides Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) with a business intelligence solution to improve their bottom line without increasing sales. We pair the use of our proprietary video analysis technology with our trained Loss Prevention Specialist (LPS) to become an extension of the franchise’s day to day operations as well as create a valuable partnership with our customers. Our solution allows key team members of a franchise to focus on their core responsibilities, while our LPS monitor the smaller details of the restaurant outlined by the franchisee. The StarSat® Extra Eyes system is a customizable solution for any QSR franchise.

Kendru Anderson - Founder and CEO

Ken has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning several industries, most recently, the software and managed services arena, initially directed toward the QSR/fast food and fast casual dining market segments of the restaurant industry. Prior to this, Ken was heavily involved in land development and commercial and residential construction.

Eric Peterson - Director of Strategic Planning

Eric Peterson has 31 years of engineering experience in both the manufacturing and retail sectors of the food industry. He has been responsible for industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, and packaging engineering functions and projects, including national equipment rollouts. In addition, he has managed Quality Assurance processes overseeing supply chain and regulatory compliance. Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Ron Lewis - Chief Financial Officer

Ron has a diverse background in Finance. Ron earned a MBA from Capella University and his BSBA from the University of Louisville. He has 18 years of industry experience advising and managing money for Institutional and High Net-Worth customers. Over the years, he has worked as an officer in Banking, Brokerage, Finance, and multi-restaurant owner.

Erin Schuler - Director of Operations

Erin has more than eight years of management experience. At the start of her career, she managed a Casual Fine Dining Restaurant, Red Star Tavern. During her years managing, she enhanced her ability to coordinate multiple areas of operations, problem solving skills, multi-tasking and customer service. Erin joined the StarSat® team in November 2007.

Patrick White - Director of Technology

Patrick White has over 20 years experience in Information Systems development and implementation. He started his career in the U.S. Air Force serving as Applications Developer/Network Administrator for 9 years. After leaving the service he worked for Mercer/ADP as an Senior Application/Web engineer. Patrick joined StarSat® in 2004 and is a key person in directing the focus and development of StarSat^® technology.

Steve Sadd - Director of Sales

Steve has 25 plus years of business and sales experience. Prior to joining StarSat® , Steve was the General Manager of BluegrassNet Voice where his responsibilities included Sales and Marketing along with developing re-seller relationships. Prior to BluegrassNet Voice, Steve spent 10 years selling hardware, software and services to regional and community banks thru out the Midwest, Southeast and Eastern U.S. for Metavante and Brasfield Technologies. His responsibilities included direct sales and identifying technology partners that could be leveraged to meet quota. He has a history of meeting million dollar quotas and top performance. Steve also has extensive retail and restaurant experience as well and has been an owner/operator and investor in the QSR space Louisville, KY and WV. He is a graduate of West Virginia University, 1985.

Jon Mapp - Director of Business Development

Jon Mapp has over 30 years of business experience in the chemical, automotive, construction, and healthcare industries with responsibilities ranging from new business development to economic development and workforce development. His diverse background also includes government relations, public affairs, and strategic planning. Jon is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
