The StarSat® team takes pride in working closely with customers to become a partner that acts as an extended arm of their operations. StarSat® begins forming the partnership by taking time to meet with all of the customer’s key team members to learn the customer’s expectations and culture of their franchise. This knowledge is then transferred to one of our trained Loss Prevention Specialist who will monitor the high risk events at the customer’s locations as well as maintain a constant line of communication with the customer’s designated key team members. Our partnership allows the customer to have Extra-Eyes on their locations alleviating potential loss so they can focus on other aspects of the franchise.
