How does it work?

sample imageThe Extra Eyes Appliance connects directly to your POS system to capture all transactions.  These transactions are then sent to our secure data center where our patented software analyzes every transaction, looking for transactions that are exceptions or out of the norm.  The transactions are then ranked and associated video is saved and reviewed by the Extra Eyes Loss Prevention Specialists.  If the transaction is suspicious, an alert is sent to the client's designated  point(s) of contact for review and possible action.

They are taught each customer’s specific expectations and culture of their franchise, so they can utilize this knowledge when monitoring the customer’s locations. LPS are committed to the daily monitoring of customer’s locations for high risk events and other activities; then informing the designated customer’s key team members of any activity that is not in order with the set expectations of the customer. The level of communication between a LPS and the key team members allows the management team to minimize exposure situations and ongoing theft issues. Also, the LPS minimize the amount of time your management team spends looking through multiple hours of video and transactions.
